Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing reception duties with warmth and professionalism.
  • Efficiently handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing phone calls and emails, filing patient records, and processing payments.
  • Provide information about clinic services and policies to patients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist in managing clinic inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient care.
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially and in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
